Data Protection Policy 

CPC Driver Training UK are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. In accordance with the Data Protection Act, we have a legal duty to protect any information we collect from you. We will only use your information for the purpose as described and we do not pass on your details to any other third party unless you have given us permission to do so. You have a right to access your personal data and rectify any inaccuracies.
Should you purchase of one of our products, we do not retain any payment details pertaining to the purchase however, we reserve the right to contact you in future regarding products and/or services provided by ourselves, and subsidiary companies, that we feel may be of interest to you. We doesn`t store any financial details. Information that you provide by filling in forms, prior to, and during, any training course you attend with us.

  • If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.

Where we store your personal data:

We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this policy.

Uses made of information:

We use information held about you in the following ways:

  • To pass to Pride who in turn pass to DSA who may pass to other third parties in order to provide you with the service of Driver CPC Periodic Training and to produce the associated documentation.
  • To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us.

Your rights:

You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will usually inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes. You can exercise your right to prevent such processing by ticking certain boxes on the forms we use to collect your data. You can also exercise your right at any time by contacting us.

Every possible step will be taken to ensure that individuals are treated equally and fairly and enabled to partake in the training we provide to the fullest.

We gather information about individuals prior to attending a course to ensure that we are able to provide them with the opportunity to learn in a positive, enabling and non-discriminatory environment.

Refunds Procedure

CPC Driver Training UK CPC Training are committed to ensuring our delegates receive first class training. However, in the unlikely event of a complaint about sub-standard service, and is proven to be the case, we will take immediate steps to reimburse all those affected.

This will be achieved by an immediate investigation by the Manager and refunds sent out on the day in question.  

Also, if you purchase a course and cannot attend the training for genuine reasons, we will give you a full refund. As long as you contact CPC Driver Training UK CPC Training Ltd 48hrs prior to the training commencing, and stating the reasons why you can’t attend.

In exceptional cases we will give a full refund at any time prior to the course starting if deemed fair and appropriate by Management.    

This does not affect our standard terms and conditions of sale, nor apply in situations where we reasonably deem, we were not a fault.

Rules & Regulations

We try to make our training courses as easy and enjoyable for you as possible. However, this is a strictly audited training programme and we will not cut corners on your training requirements. A JAUPT, DVSA or Pride auditor could walk in unannounced at any time. And if we are not providing the correct training, or your breaks are too long or you leave early, we could put our training and the consortium in jeopardy.

So please bear in mind the training is 7 hours long each day you attend, with two breaks, one in the morning and one in the afternoon and a half hour lunch break. You will attend at 07:45 (15 mins for registration each morning) and leave around 4pm.  

And please be aware that as training can take place in a public location that inappropriate behaviour will see the person or persons removed from the premises forthwith, without any refund.
